Venezuela

From the 27th to the 31 of July, 2004, I attended a conference at the main university in Caracas, Venezuela. "From the Nations to the Nations" conferences have also been held in South Africa, Amsterdam and Madagascar. In each celebration, there were indigenous protocols, ministries that had inspired and transformed lives, participating churches and Christian organizations from different denominations and ethnic backgrounds.

"Tierra de Gracia" (Land of Grace) is The Venezuelan edition of "DestiNations." It's a place for multi-cultural worship, conferences and workshops lead by Venezuelan and international speakers; Venezuelan, Latin America and World ethnic songs, and dances. It was a true time for learning and celebration. I had the privilege to give a workshop on visual communication and do four paintings during the night sessions.

One of the highlights of this trip was staying with the Carrasquel family, friends with an extraordinary gift of hospitality, a true gift from God.
