Lyrics

Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale,

A tale of Wayne and Kath,

They both got saved and ended up

On the narrow path.

Wayne wanted to serve the Lord,

Kathleen loved God, you see.

From different states they left their homes

To join the ministry,

To join the ministry.

Newsletter burns were getting rough

They worked both night and day

If not for the grace of the Lord on high,

They wouldn't be here today.

They really had to pray.

Last Days moved out to Texas and

Kathleen and Wayne were wed.

First I.C.T., then FatherHeart,

The Lord's used them many ways.

God is so good; He's giving them a baby now

It's a happy day!!

Now this is the tale of their family

Together for a long long time

They're sure to learn a lot of things,

They will do just fine.

Diapers, Gerber, and sleepless nights

But not a drudgery,

'Cos raising up a family is fun as it can be,

As fun as it can be!

So join us here each day my friend,

We know that you will say,

With Mommy and Daddy and baby too,

It's a happy day!!

It's a happy day!!

It's a happy day!!

It's a happy day!!
